Mr. G was an elementary school teacher and molested multiple children between multiple years in the 2000’s. The administrators on campus had reprimanded Mr. G on multiple prior occasions for touching children inappropriately. But instead of removing him from the classroom, he remained where he was finally removed in 2009 when he kissed a child on the lips and that child summoned the courage to report what he had done.
The 10 children that the Carrillo Law Firm represented were children during the late 2000’s who were either his students or had assisted in his classroom during lunch or breaks when he asked them to. Some children were forced to sit on his lap where they would feel his erect penis and other children were touched far more inappropriately by him. Many children went through extensive therapy for the sexual abuse that they suffered.
After a trial and appeal on the first 5 victims, and close to trial on the second 5 victims, the LAUSD finally agreed to settle the matter with the children who are now young adults.
