Maria F. Garcia Baldizzone is an associate attorney at Carrillo Law Firm, LLP.
She earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she was actively involved in advocacy, mentorship, and public interest initiatives throughout law school. She served on the student board of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, helping organize and lead community outreach and “Know Your Rights” events, and also mentored first-generation law students as a buddy mentor.
Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Quinnipiac University. Her background in neuroscience provides her with a unique perspective on human behavior, trauma, and the lasting impact legal issues can have on individuals and families. She brings both analytical precision and compassion to her work, allowing her to approach cases with a thoughtful and client-centered perspective.
As an immigrant and first-generation attorney, Maria understands firsthand the challenges many individuals face when navigating complex legal systems. Her commitment to advocacy began long before law school through her volunteer and mentorship work within underserved communities. Maria is passionate about making clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process, and she is dedicated to pursuing meaningful results both inside and outside the courtroom.
