MGT Insurance Owner Marcello Tagliente Charged With Sexual Battery of His Students In Glendale

GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA (October 10, 2023) – Marcello Tagliente, who owns MGT Insurance in Glendale, has been arrested on suspicion of sexually battering his students.
Los Angeles County officials are saying that at least some of the abuse took place at MGT Insurance. Police officials are saying that Marcello Tagliente has been under investigation since 2020.
The investigation came after police received multiple reports of sexual battery at his business. Prosecutors are saying that the defendant allegedly lured victims under the guise of assisting them with preparation for exams.
Marcello Tagliente was formally charged with sexual battery last week and has been released on bond. Authorities believe that there may be additional victims.
