RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA (July 16, 2024) – A 65-year-old Riverside man identified as Antonio Chavez has been arrested and charged with molesting at least three children.
Riverside County officials are saying that the suspect was arrested on July 3. Antonio Chavez is the husband of a woman who operates Chavez Family Daycare out of a family home on Blue Sky Street.
The suspect is accused of molesting a 4-year-old girl and two other children. Police fear that there may be additional victims.
Antonio Chavez was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center. He is being held on $1 million bail. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
